Mommò Pizza Shop, a family-owned pizzeria rooted in Italian tradition and Hudson Valley hospitality, is proud to open its first brick-and-mortar location in Fishkill, New York. Following the success of its popular mobile pizza truck, Mommò Pizza welcomes guests to a new neighborhood gathering place.
Founded by husband-and-wife team Luca Dombre and Carly Fedele, Mommò Pizza combines generations of Italian pizza-making tradition with decades of hospitality experience. Luca arrived in New York from Italy in 2009 and comes from a family with three generations of restaurant owners and pizza makers. After years working in Manhattan restaurants, he launched the Mommò Pizza truck in 2023. Carly has spent more than 20 years building her career in the food industry throughout New York City.
Mommò Pizza Shop brings together the traditions that have shaped Luca's journey — a Neapolitan-inspired take on New York-style pizza made with clean-label flours, naturally fermented sourdough, high-quality Italian ingredients, and locally sourced products from Hudson Valley farms whenever possible.

“What drew us to Fishkill was the strong sense of community,” said Carly. “As a family-owned business, those connections mean everything to us. We're excited to put down roots here, support local farms and businesses, and create a gathering place where people can share great food and memorable moments together.”
